D Magazine Ranks Hickory Creek #14 Best Dallas Suburb To Live In
In the July issue of D Magazine, the “Best Dallas Suburbs 2012” listing of 63 North Texas towns and cities ranked The Town of Hickory Creek #14!
Hickory Creek’s position greatly improved from the 2010 ranking, where Hickory Creek was listed at #28. That is a tremendous improvement in just two years.
The four ranking factors were: safety, ambiance, education and housing values. Safety, education, and housing values were calculated using D Magazine’s own methodology. The Ambiance ranking was strictly subjective.
A very special thank you goes out to our police department, firefighters, teachers, town staff, students, and volunteers. Everyone’s efforts, past and present, have helped to build Hickory Creek into the town it is today.
