Trade Area

Our Retail Trade Area has been determined by a formula which utilizes a proprietary model to estimate retail spending potential based upon population, income and consumer spending patterns. Using the algorithms within this model, we can determine the extent to which we capture our market's sales potential, based upon retail sales data published by Claritas, a private demographic and data vendor.

The Retail Trade Area boundaries are based on a 10-minute drive time using Meadow Oaks Drive at S. Interstate 35-E as the centroid.
